<p>Well, if you don't have a frames-capable browser, or have turned off that functionality, this gallery won't work. I've been doing web design since 1994, and this is the only situation where I've ever considered using frames, but until Microsoft gets its act together with CSS support and the majority of browsers support CSS the way we all want, I'm stuck using this method. Still, this frames method is well designed, and very easy for the end user...</p>
